Lilita, a distinguished sound therapist and recording artist specializes in the therapeutic application of vocal toning and resonant frequencies to promote holistic well-being. Lilita holds residency sound healing posititions for studios in London such as Soho House, The Four Seasons, and Soul Sanctuary and Sony Music UK.
Be guided by Lilita, whose primary instrument is her voice.

What's Not Included
Please note the following items are not included in your course fee:
Lunch
Lunch is available to purchase from the on-site café on Thursday and Friday. As the café does not serve food over the weekend (although the seating area remains open), please bring your own lunch on Saturday and Sunday.
Personal Clothing & Comfort Items
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring extra layers to help you stay warm and cosy throughout the training.
Parking
There is ample on-street parking outside the building. Parking charges apply until 1:00pm on Saturday. After this time, on-street parking is free until the end of Sunday. Please check local signage for any parking restrictions or changes.
Additional Snacks & Drinks
The café is open on Thursday and Friday, where you can purchase a selection of smoothies, juices, hot drinks, and light refreshments. If attending over the weekend, you may wish to bring your own snacks and drinks.
